Terms and conditions

  1. It is striclty foribdden to give this order to a 3rd party or to place it on any plattforms.
  2. All freight and CMR papers and are needed to be sent in copy right after unloading via EMAIL to pod@transportex.at - latest within 7 days!
    Otherwise 25 euro freight deduction possible. Orginal papers must be sent with 14 days- otherwise 25 euro freight deduction.
    Daily updates + arrival and departure at loading and offloding place. It is obligate to inform Transportex also if there are any delays or
    problems. Otherwise 50 euro freight deduction.
  3. Pallets must be changed in general if nothing else is agreed on. No Pallet exchange in case must be confirmed clearly on the CMR.
  4. You, as the contractor, assure that you have the necessary permits and authorizations for transport according to §§ 3, 6 GüKG (License,
    Eurolicense, third-country permits, CEMT permit). You commit to only employing foreign drivers from third countries with the necessary
    work permit. Moreover, you commit to ensuring that the driving staff has an official certificate with an officially certified translation in
    German according to §§ 7b and c Abs. 1 Satz 2 GüKG and carries it at all times.
  5. As a contractor, you commit to providing us, the client, with all documents to be carried for inspection upon request during checks. You
    generally instruct your staff accordingly.
    You indemnify us as the client from claims by third parties in the event of non-compliance with this obligation.
  6. By accepting this transport order, the carrier declares that he complies with the provisions of the law regulating a general minimum wage (MILOG) and pays his employees a current rate of 8.5 Euros gross per hour. Furthermore, the carrier declares that he indemnifies Transportex GmbH from all claims by third parties (governmental authorities, etc.)
  7. Absolute customer protection is agreed upon. Direct contact with the customers (sender + receiver) is not permitted. All inquiries must be addressed solely to us. In the event of a breach of customer protection by the contractor, a penalty of EUR 20,000, independent of actual damages, is agreed upon.
